「Once you have made your reservation, I highly recommend downloading the hotel's mobile app and creating an account before your arrival, especially if you are traveling from abroad. As a foreign guest, the account setup process took me some time, but completing it in advance made the check-in process significantly faster and more efficient.
This is a smart hotel, meaning most services, including check-in and access, are managed through your smartphone rather than a traditional front desk. While...

「"Absolute nightmare, a scam, and full of lies – 0/5 stars"I’d give this place zero stars if I could.

É bem confuso o check-in. Pessoal da portaria é rispido」
