The room was the bare minimum, with an awful view (a badly decayed wall), the bathroom was very poorly illuminated, the phone was mute, the AC did not work properly, the mini bar was loose, when we opend the door it comes with it, and no amenities, just a bed, a table, and a couple of chairs. The only positive point of this hotel was the heated pool and the area around it. I won't come back to it, despite the reasonable price.

Hotel locked up in the 80’s

Terrible service at the restaurant. Rude staff and poor food . It used to be a 5 star this hotel.. those days are over.

Plaza são Rafael used to be a high standard hotel in Porto Alegre. It is sad and disappointing to see that the rooms are very outdated. AC doesn't work well, WiFi is very spotty, tv is not smart, it is very small and has terrible reception of the few channels available. It seems the cleaning standards are lacking I was in a non smoking room but there was a cigarette butt sitting on the window during my whole stay. Elevators are noisy and old and the breakfast is good but not near impressive as it used to be. I had a capeletti soup from the restaurant and it was tottaly bland.

O café foi excelente. Atendimento perfeito de todos os funcionários. Não gostamos da garagem ser terceirizada, muita burocracia. Também não gostei pois tinha cachorro em um apartamento no mesmo andar que eu .

A experiência foi ótima, do início ao fim. O quarto era espaçoso, a cama muito confortável, o banheiro também era grande (exceto pelo box, esse era um cubículo) e bem limpo. A piscina, embora grande, não apresentava águas quentes, nem profundidade. Fomos ver as placas informando que precisava solicitar toalhas só depois de já estarmos saindo da área. A jacuzzi era bem espaçosa, a céu aberto, bem quentinha. O café da manhã foi a estrela, tudo muito gostoso, bem servido e com muita variedade.

Apesar de antigo, mantém o padrão Plaza

Quarto super espaçoso e limpo, porém o chuveiro tem vazamento para o piso do banheiro. As toalhas poderiam ser mais novas. Banho bom e cama super confortável! Café da manhã variado. Usei apenas para pernoite.
