Unfortunately, I experienced my first time ever having no water in a hotel. The water had been cut off since 6:00 am (at least I noticed at that time) I woke up and discovered that no water was available. In an unprofessional manner, the front desk staff argued that the shortage was due to city maintenance and that the hotel was not responsible. However, there were signs in the elevators asking guests to economize water because of problems with the building’s water system — and these signs had been posted before the shortage began. The staff simply kept saying that the water would be back “in just a few more minutes.” However, by 4:00 pm there was still no water, and I had to request that my mom and I be moved to another hotel. must acknowledge the front desk staff on the afternoon shift — unlike the morning staff, they informed incoming guests about the water issue and suggested that they cancel their reservations. I saw many people choosing to go to other hotels. I don’t know how this water shortage affected cleaning activities, but I can imagine that several hours without water could have put the health of hundreds of guests at risk.

The location and the breakfast were great. The WiFi never worked so I had to pay extra (international price) to be able to use internet. The staff were rude, never made eye contact or greet when I entered the hotel. When I complained about the WiFi the staff (young brunette lady with short hair) said I was lying because no one else had complained to them and it was weird that people would say it to me. In my bedroom the a/c didn’t make any difference in the room temperature. I had water coming from the windows and mold on the wall. The bathroom had hair on the toilet and shower from previous guest. I told the young staff with blond hair and she didn’t care and still wanted to charge from my dinner R$29. I told her to call her manager Mari who waved the dinner as an apology, but in reality they should have returned some of my money back since I had to pay so much for international WiFi. The room of course was closed due to mold.

Atendimento frio por parte da recepção. Controle da tv com pilhas ruins. Dificuldade para conectar o Wi-Fi, não resolvida pela recepção. Tive experiências repetidas e fiquei com a impressão que por ser a reserva feita por aplicativo de desconto, sempre colocam o hóspede nos quartos piores. Ficamos ao lado do elevador. A partir de 6h da manhã, com movimento de hóspedes, não foi mais possível dormir! Café da manhã MUITO bom!

Boa escolha

O hotel é super bem localizado, poucos minutos até o aeroporto e numa zona residencial muito agradável. Equipe atenciosa. Hotel limpo. Achei as toalhas de banho velhas, de má qualidade. Nosso quarto não tinha secador de cabelos (mas não perguntei na recepção se haveria um para emprestar). Café da manhã com muitas opções.
