"The jacuzzi was broken, and several elevators were also out of service. The traffic getting to and from the hotel was very bad, which made going out and returning to the hotel quite inconvenient."

"Came to Portland for a concert at Pioneer Square and this was the perfect stay. Great location with a super cute, eccentric room that was clean and had everything I needed. Also loved that my car was safely parked in a garage. Definitely recommend this hotel."
