「Everything is perfect 」

「Cannot fault this hotel. Brilliant staff, friendly helpful, couldn't be more accommodating. Indoor pool super open until 9pm. I was here on my own in December for a pre Christmas holiday in sun and felt totally safe. Walkable along promenade to old town. Would be back again! 」

「The lobby area and room were spotless. Everything looked newly renovated and the design was exceptional. The room was small but had a large and beautiful bathroom. We also appreciated having the small refrigerator. The only thing lacking for me was a kettle. The location was very quiet as we were in the back on the ground floor. Unico ponto que achei um pouco ruim foi na piscina interior ela deveria ser mais quente o local que ela esta é aberto e tem ar condicionado o que piora a experiência todo os 5 dias de estadia estava vazia pessoal entrava ficava um pouco e saia de tao gelada.」

「Everything is perfect. The reception welcome us and show the hotel amenities around and the the gentleman is so nice while I was checking out The breakfast time is a bit crowds because of the Oceanside tables but we sit there two days (staff there will try to arrange those tables for you) and the food is nice with many choices. Just one note when I leave a message through th QR code so they can deliver extra needs to the room, they did in the first time and miss the second message. 4.5 stars...

「The Vila Gale Cerro has everything that you would need at a resort hotel. We were able to enjoy the pool area which had food and drink options throughout the day. Pool was a bit cool but refreshing and large - perfect for a hot day. We had no problem finding pool loungers in the middle of the afternoon - plenty of space.
