Hotel was as you would expect from Delta, Gym Great, although some dumbbells missing. Aircon / Heater was extremely noisy and room was cold so had to ensure it, also room not cleaned, and I wasn't notified at check in, staff were quite rude to me

We had enjoyed our stay of 8 nights but hope to see improvements for the cons areas.
