「Beautiful room. Stylish with all the Italian character and super ample! We didn't like the completely unmanned check in. I had a glitch on my phone and we almost had to find another hotel. 」

「Check in was good and easy to follow, elevator was slow, a faster elevator is needed, air conditioner is state of the art, but complaints will come if they don’t cool the room faster in the summer months, ants in the room by the windows need to be addressed and eliminated, room was impeccable, but insects in a room is not pleasant, not clear if water bottles and snacks were complimentary, please clarify it further; Overall, we had a nice stay and will come back and recommend others!」

「Location wise, it is right in the center of Siena and is close to all the tourist attraction points. It is also the only five star hotel within the walls of Siena. The hotel is well equipped, and since we booked the best suite in the hotel, the view from it is spectacular.
