"Breakfast buffet selection & employee, Noel J. highlighted our stay! Compared to the ITA Airways Lounge at FCO Airport, the breakfast buffet selection at the Napoleon had far more to offer. Noel & crew were welcoming, overly accommodating, attentive to our needs, very diligent, prompt & consistently pleasant especially during a busy time when guests are in a rush to eat & go. Dining area remained clean. We were always seated right away. Food selection were always well stocked."

It had lots to choose from, again the staff were very attentive and always ready to assist. I'd definitely stay again. "Our room was very clean and redone each day. The morning breakfast was probably one of the best hosted breakfasts I have enjoyed, excellent variety, high quality, and the staff were wonderful and the coffee amazing! We enjoyed a spa night, and the staff were again fantastic, attentive and professional. I would strongly urge anyone to enjoy a massage following a day of touring!!!"

"Everything was in order from check in to check out . Room was always made well and restocked. Breakfast was served well, buffet style, with good amount of selection, for me I lean towards more protein and choose the eggs , cheese and meat with espresso and a biscuit and one piece of fruit . The buffet is included in the price of the hotel room. Staff was always friendly . My room was quiet at night and everything in the room worked. I stayed 10 nights in my most recent visit to Rome and this my third time staying at Grand Olympic Hotel . I will stay there again next time I am in Rome. Garcias , John"
