「When I checked in to my room for a three day stay, there was still food in the fridge from previous guests, I assume. The housekeeper didn’t clean my room on the second day, when I phoned the front desk to ask why, they asked if I had the “do not disturb” sign on the door, my response was no, I don’t have one of those signs for the door. I was in town for business, and the room did not have a desk for me to work from. Apparently this is common in a pet friendly room. Please do better prestige,...

「Rooms are dated and could use a refresh. Soundproofing not the best, had a screaming child across the hall which made gor a very early wakeup. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great location, close to everything. Basic room with very firm beds.」

「Was given an adjoining room that had almost no sound proofing. Could hear full details of the conversations next door. Was up super late as a result. Got a new room the next day with no further difficulties. Will be back but be aware sound highly carries. A lot of the rooms are noisy. 」
