Clean room. Comfortable bed. Nice staff. Breakfast available starting 5AM; great for fishermen wanting an early start. No AC; fans only.

When we arrived off the ferry at Prince Rupert it was 1:30a.m. Getting off the elevator on the 3rd floor the carpet was filthy (keep your shoes on). Entering room 307 the beds were not even made, so they sent us to 320, now it is 2a.m. We were dead tired after our 18 hour ferry ride so just crawled into our p.j's and climbed into bed. The next morning we noticed our white comforters were coffee stained and dirty on both beds. Pass on this one folks...

There was a nasty smell in the room.. the mirrors I don’t think have been cleaned in years.. the breakfast is meh.. great staff though

Lovely staff. The rooms could really of used the newer update instead of the entry. Tape weren’t securely attached to the sink.

Staff very good, breakfast good. The room had some issues, bed comfortable and clean, but the bathroom needs work, moldy grout in the shower area, dirty baseboards, The window in the room had something smeared across it, needs to be cleaned.

The property is dated but clean. The front desk staff were excellent, especially Terrance. The continental breakfast had an excellent variety. And unlike the Eagle Bluff, the rooms are cleaned daily!

It's an older property. So basic amenities. Lights not working in room. Delightful staff at check-in and check-out and a very nice continental breakfast with good array of itens to chose ftom.

Got in late off the ferry. Was trying to go to sleep around 1am and random loud noise that seemed to be someone working late at night. Felt like I was going back into the 80s. Overall it fit what we needed which was a cheaper place to sleep but wasn’t anything beyond that

An adequately sized room and a modest continental breakfast but no place to hang a coat or clothes, inexcusable in such a rainy place. There was a sign on the door warning us to boil the water, a warning we understood when we turned on the bathroom tap and dark brown liquid poured out. We searched online and discovered that the water was polluted with coliform bacteria from sewage. All in all a most unsatisfactory experience.

This property is in major need of updates. Sliding door was not sealed, open on bottom easily heard noise on highway. We slept for one night, bed was ok, pillows need to be rrplaced. Breakfast muffins tastes good. Continental type breakfast. There is a sign at the front desk thatvsays they are in the process of shampooing rugs, replacing windows and updating breakfast area.
