"The property was spacious, clean and in good condition. It was in a very peaceful countryside setting with views of the sea from upstairs. The peace and quiet was very welcome as Cornwall is often very busy and it was nice to come back to in the evenings. Also having a swimming pool on site was a big bonus and the reason we booked. "We were looking forward to the sea view but there isn't any view apart from the tall fence. The parking area is not great, a big slope makes it difficult especially because its on a sharp corner of the road. The WiFi wasn’t working the first 2 days. Its a lovely place but bring your own toiletries. It's a nice place, nicely designed and 15min walk to the Waterbay beach."
