Quick overnight stay to escape the heat

Ok budget accommodation, pool, aircon and wifi. Needed as we had 42° Needs a a couple of new light gloves, and some maintenance on doors and windows

I have now stayed here twice over the easter break as we have a dog show. This place is amazing as its pet friendly. I try very hard to keep the room clean, to ensure that they will always be pet friendly. My dogs are my family and they stay inside our house, so when I go away I want them with us. Staff are very friendly and cannot recommend them enough

Bathroom is dated but acceptable, mattress needed an upgrade and a pillow top would make a huge improvement. The noise from the activities in adjoining rooms woke us from after midnight to 4am when they must have given up from exhaustion. The women sounded like they were enjoying themselves.

The fact that i still had to pay for the property after not staying there due to unforseen circumstances that happened on the way there. No staff member called us to ask if we still wanted the room. They just charged me for not staying

The property looks pleasant outside and the painting inside is good but the cleaning is atrocious - mouldy tiles in shower, filthy window ledge in bathroom, dirty sink outlet in bathroom, dirty toilet bowl. The are spider webs on windows and curtains, the floor is cleaned only where you can see. Lack of basic crockery. The pillows all smell of stinky sweat.

Close to town centre. Room we stayed in rm 30 was dirty and very old. Couldnt shut bathroom window & had a table of noisy men smoking and drinking just outside which filled the room with smoke this went on untill 10.30 at night. The floor of shower had a old bath mat pulled up which left the floor sticky to stand on.Will never stay again. Other rooms must be ok as i checked reviews before booking. Just a suggestion maybe give this room a upgrade before having people stay!

I have stayed at this motel before many years ago & I actually used to live in Port Pirie 25 years ago. I had opportunities to visit old friends so it wasn't a tourist visit. I think there may have been new air conditioners installed so it was nice and cozy. I also liked that there was no stairs now that I am older!!! I had everything I needed for an overnight stay breaking up the trip from Port Lincoln. Thank you

Convenient in Port Pirie.

Great motel at a reasonable price. Very comfortable, with one issue. You can't open the curtains. It is very convenient to everything. I would stay again.
