"The room was very clean, but there is no actual closet it’s a makeshift area with a curtain you pull. Also, there is no safe. Breakfast was good and there was plenty of parking."

"Check in was ok . Not the greatest. Staff is quite stand off ish. My boyfriend and I complained about the tv not working as soon as we checked in and the front desk asked if it was a Samsung. One we said yes she went on to say “ oh they are giving us problems.” What does that even mean? Breakfast food was not cooked thoroughly and we were told only cash or room charge because the debit - credit card machine is out of service. Parking is horrible since it’s a parking lot shared with the Avis car rentals too. "

"The rooms are beautiful. There was a school baseball team staying the same time and they weren’t supervised. There was screaming and running up and down the hallways all night. When I told the clerk at the desk- overnight and in the morning – the answer they both gave was “sorry”. No… I am sorry I paid for a hotel and expected a better night sleep. I didn’t expect to sleep with ghetto behavior right outside my door. I expected that when a guest complains, someone comes up to the floor and looks into the problem. I do not expect a lame “Sorry” in response to an issue. For what I paid, it should have been refunded. "

"Cars parked in handicap spots without a handicap parking permit. Very low water pressure. Looks like renovations will start soon… not soon enough. Police are there every time I stay which is approximately every 3-5 months "

"When we arrived the whole building smelled like septic… our room was never cleaned for the 2 days we were there. We had to ask for additional towels. The only great thing was the front desk the staff, they were pleasant and accommodating. James was so professional and went above and beyond to make sure we were near another person in our party."

"I thought I was getting a free breakfast. Turns out I was charged $30 for a 8.00 IHOP breakfast. + tip. The waitresses were excellent though. All else good"

"Our room, 301, was on the highway so we got to listen to the traffic of the Merritt Parkway, not great. We had a heater that whistled and was noisy the entire night. There’s no refrigerator The only glassware was tiny plastic cups."
