Great getaway

Our stay was excellent. We had a very clean and comfortable room. It was very big with a comfy bed and chair. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Staff were very friendly and helpful.We definitely wouod stay here again.

There is no hot tub as stated on Expedia, but the pool was very clean and enjoyable. We had a king bed and jetted, 2-person tub. Highly recommend this room! Best price for the area. Great shopping, restaurants, and short drive to Frankenmuth.

The staff were friendly and the bed was comfy. It’s an older property that been pretty well maintained but could use some love, i.e., scratched paint, cracked caulk, etc. Altogether it was a pleasant experience and I’d stay there again.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The property is dated and could be cleaner. There are lot garbage cans in the rooms which seems odd. The beds were comfortable and showers had good water pressure. The trailers in the parking lot had been there awhile and the smell of pot was rampant.

Our stay was just for a quick visit. Over all our room was good, outdated, you could tell that it was not vacuumed or poorly done. Bathroom wasn’t swept, and wore out old /hole clean sheets.

My room had no microwave or fridge as described when i booked. We had to ask for fresh towels for our rooms and towels for the pool. Decent breakfast, and overall we had a good 2 night stay.

Positive things: clean beds, amazing hot water pressure, front staff were fantastic and friendly. Negative things: mangled nearly empty toilet paper roll, garbage and old food in room fridge, bathroom door lock broken, no towels for pool users with used towels all over the deck and no place to put them. Food garbage on pool deck for days. Poor lighting in parking lot after dark. This hotel has the potential to go up a star or two if the management would just pay attention to a few more details in clean up and building maintenence. Didnt hate it but not excited to return.

The property and room were fine. The first room I was given wasn't cleaned... beds were stripped and bathroom dirty. Which was fine, just a clerical error. No big deal. The staff however were so grumpy. Both the staff in the evening and in the morning were unfriendly. Not rude, just distracted and not very friendly. The hotel is good, clean and was a perfect location for my needs. But don't expect a friendly staff.

We went into a room and it wasn’t properly cleaned but they immediately gave us another room. They were in process of hiring and training new room cleaners and I did mention that there is a smell of smoke in my he always. We happens to go when there was a Golf tournament ⛳️ and people from other states and Canada filled up the whole hotel. She assured me that they do not allow anyone to smoke in room but they do go outside and smoke in their cars which they bring the smell in with them. The female associate at front desk was very helpful! Gave us recommendations of how to get places, about sight seeing attractions. The next day there was a male at front desk not helpful at all. He could handle checking out the golfers 🏌️‍♂️ let alone other visitors staying at hotel. But the location is perfect, lots of restaurants and stores.

They stay was pleasant and frint desk staff were nice but the room.was not the cleanest. The bathroom towels has stains on them which you can tell they tried to bleach but it still showed through. The room ceiling was covered in co. Webbs so big and long they damced with the heat. Sheets seemed clean and were spfr and comfortable. The carpet was filthy and felt stick on feet. We kept our shoes on when walking in hotel room. You could see the dirt and crumbs, as though they forgot to vacuum. In morning when on our way to breakfast the housekeeps were waiting oursode the room and asked if we are leaving today which i didnt mind, nut upon return to my room they vlocked the door woth cleaning cart that i had to move away. They kept govering around room almost rishing us out which was uncomfortable as we stl ahs 1.5 hrs to go before check out. Thr pool.was also put of service. Some positive were breakfast it was tasty although i obly had the waffles. Don't think I will stay here again but does the trick if you only want to sleep there.

The housekeeping and front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The condition of the hotel was not good. Our room was clean, but the commons area, like the breakfast area was dirty with food left spilled on the the counters and tables and flies everywhere. We did not eat breakfast there for the rest of our stay. Ice machine did not work, had to get our keys reactivated three times, windows and glass doors were filthy with smears and fingerprints all over, and the grounds had overfilled garbage that was not dumped for our entire 5-day stay. The whole hotel needs an update.

The staff was very nice but the hotel needs care. The treadmill was broken and there was a smoke detector literally beeping for three days. Our first room keys didn’t work so we got another room. Those keys were randomly turned off in the middle of our stay. It was easily fixed but slightly inconvenient. The continental breakfast was not bad. No a bad stay overall but there are some things that need to be addressed.
