Perfectly situated at the top of Macrossan Street; 3 minute walk to 4 mile beach and surf club ($7 pints and good food). Short cut through the back of the town to the Marina and the reef for snorkelling, scuba and fishing. Great food, pubs and shopping along Macrossan street and even if there’s a drop of rain most of the walk back is under cover of the shop fronts. Perfect getaway!!

Excellent location and apartment was clean and well equipped with basic starter items like coffee/tea, milk, detergent and toilet paper, air conditioners worked excellently and it was a bonus to have a washer and dryer. Could connect to Netflix easily and there was free wifi. Beds were really soft and unfortunately rather uncomfortable. Staff were friendly and housekeeping excellent. The apartment and the apartment complex in general looked a little old and could really do with a refresh but it was clean and tidy. Good place for families. The car park was also a bonus.

Great location, near Four Mile beach and central shopping mall. Apartment kitchen renovated with modern appliances, just bathroom shower had some mould. Pool well presented and fun to swim in. Overall would rebook :)

Good location and good layout of apartment

Easy check-in upon arrival, at this hotel with 3 small pools. One for the majority of kids and then one on the back we used, that was quieter, which was nice. Short walking distance to center of city and close to fenced beach. Easy underground parking.

Great location and was nicely furnished. Bed was very comfortable. Unit located close to beach and main street. There was mould in shower recess but probably not uncommon in tropics. Stayed 11 nights and room was not cleaned mid stay until I followed up- took two requests. Staff were friendly.

Great location and unit.

Our initial room had a problem with the hot water so we were moved and upgraded. Great customer service. Beds the most comfortable in PD. Offered late check out which was a life saver due to a cancelled flight. Very impressed. Great location convenient to everything but not noisy. Will definitely return.

Great spot. Short walk to beach and back from the beach front so protected from winds. Pool is great. Always clean. Very clean rooms, good aircon, big TV lots of free channels and easy connection to Kayo etc. Thoroughly recommend. Looking forward to next stay there.

We have a family of 5, including a baby and stayed in the 2 bed, 2 balcony apartment. There was plenty of room for the family and it was great that we had use of the washing machine and dryer. Beds super comfy. Great that pool towels were supplied. The kids loved the pool, we all had a fabulous time - I would highly recommend this property.

We have found our 2nd home in Port Douglas. Having visited Port Douglas many times as we love it, and stayed in many different accommodations, we have found a forever place to return to. The property and staff are excellent and the cleanliness is top level. Beach Terraces is walking distance to the beach and the main street. We will be back very soon!!

Great accommodation

Very well situated in Port Douglas - easy to access to the beach and main street. Our accom was newly refurbished, very nicely decorated and with up to date appliances. I didn't appreciate plastic 'plants' on every flat surface. They take up space and with so many lovely plants outside the windows were not necessary. Also, the dinner plates were too big for the dishwasher!

Property was a great position, within easy walking to beach, shops, restaurants but still in a quiet area.Our stay was end of July school holidays. Weather not as warm as usual so not a lot of action around the pools so very quiet. Very clean.Our bedroom (No5)could be in a noisy position at peak time due to people walking past to other rooms and using stairwell but everyone was quiet at night whilst we were there.Had no issues at all.

This property was not what was represented online when I booked. The apartment was dark and gloomy, in desperate need of an update, old dark bulky furniture, bathrooms old, grates on the windows and outside pool areas cluttered. We unfortunately did not stay and left to find somewhere else to stay. Disappointed is an understatement.

Great location, easy walk to beach and town, quiet. Pool area nice & pool heated so very warm, beds comfortable and bedding/sheets very clean but overall the place needs some TLC. Leaking toilet & oven not working, outdated quicker furtive in rooms just harbouring months of dust! Plus some spring cleaning would help dust the cobwebs off the ceilings too.
