「This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. We arrived, anticipating an attractive and heated pool. We discovered a very dirty, shabby out of date pool that was cold. After much communication with Expedia, the owners of the hotel turned up the temperature on the pool. Unfortunately, because the hotel was listed as a four-star hotel, but was maybe at least a 2 1/2 star or three star hotel, we decided to go somewhere else. 「We really enjoyed our stay at the Peppers. Our room was clean and spacious. The pool area was lovely, but it was not a heated pool so a little cold to go into in July. Breakfast was okay. A good variety of options and fried eggs can be cooked to order. Cleaning of our room during our stay could’ve been better. It was really only a service to change towels, make the bed and empty bins.
