"Upon check-in the night auditor did not even mention any security deposit amount authorized and also that I was getting charge for the late check-in fee. I did not like how the night auditor was chatty also. I don’t need to hear your personal stories. Check the guest in and do your job. "

"There was mold on the bathroom wall. The bathroom door was broken and the toilet too low/small. No iron/coffee. The pool was closed the whole time we were there. Bed wasn't comfortable. I would not recommend staying here."

"I'm not faulting the hotel since it's due to location, but just know the surrounding residents are not in their best phase of life. The staff is really kind. Check-in was easy. Location is convenient for whichever part of LA County you need to hit. There are many arterial streets in this area of town. The room is equipped with essentials and remodeled well. The only gripe I had is with the mild odor. It's tolerable, but you can tell the "old" smells of the building are trying to fight renovation. I brought my own spray to nullify it. Otherwise, for the quick and sudden stay I needed, it was better than expected. "
