"What a treat! This hotel is a hidden gem - about a 10 minute walk from the city center, nestled in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with a lovely park next door. The hotel has been beautifully remodeled and the beds were dreamy! The staff went above and beyond for us, and were very kind and helpful with calling for taxis and making dinner arrangements - something not all hotels do anymore. The breakfast was fantastic as well. We loved it and this will be our "go to" hotel in Florence going forward."

"Perfect spot to be close enough to central Florence but away for quiet. The room was exceptionally clean and the staff was very courteous. The breakfast had a wide variety - there’s something for everyone to enjoy. "

"Staff was polite but not exactly friendly. Garden room was not what we expected. It’s just rooms on a terrace that you access by going outside. The only window is in the bathroom that is outdated and the plaster was cracked in the shower. The beds were pretty hard as well. "
