「Exceptional service from the entire staff. The owner personally walked us around the entire property and shared valuable information about the area, which made our stay even more special. We were running late for check-in, but the front desk staff thoughtfully checked on us and waited to ensure we arrived safely. 「Clean room. Staff was very responsive. Our heater wasn’t working one night so the staff brought mini portable heater which really helped warm up the room. Great location! Close to everything 」

「South Lake Chalet is walking distance from Heavenly Ski Lift (and casinos if that's your thing); also to the beach and to hiking. Both times we've stayed here, the fireplace was lit and the room heated, a welcoming touch on a winter's day and after a long drive, The room is clean, has real dishes, glasses and utensils; microwave and sink. Dog friendly. We'll be back and recommend highly.」

「The hotel quality was over my expection before I saw it. Location is good, convenient, but not noisy. Room was clean. Well facility. Free bike to rent was a plus. Though the price is over my budget, it was a place worth to stay.」
