I liked the lake shore proximity/views, the room was clean. Certain things in bathroom very outdated, such toilets, noisy plumbing while in use, outside hallway's carpets look so bad. Price to high for appearance!
Excellent location and lovely stay. I would come back again. Close to all the attractions. I would give it a 5/5. Thank you for having us.

They had construction work on the deck above our room. There was debris falling through the cracks right outside our door. Noisy for two days! No offer to relocate us . If you go in the summer there is no air conditioning. We did not need it but I would be wary in the summer. Beautiful view from the room.
Pros.
Private beach was awesome. Plenty of room even fully booked plenty of beach chairs provided by hotel.
Location is great for beach activities close to all the fun lake stuff.
Staff was very helpful and accommodating
Great hot water and pressure
Cons.
No ac anywhere on property but they do have fans in every room
The place is old.. like old. Has thick spongey carpet somewhat sandy which I understand being on the beach but they were lil grotey...the bed was actually pretty good however the pillows were like 2inchs thick so not great but we went to Safeway and bought our own.. The towels were plentiful but pretty small. While the water pressure was great the pipes banging from the water hammers was terrible especially in the mornings when everyone was showering maybe specific to where we stayed close to the laundry room but the pipes were banging
Overall our stay was great the staff was very helpful and friendly seems like they know where they work probably hear the same complaints and go above and beyond to provide good service. The owners would do well to make some renovations 3stars
Lake tahoe is magically beautiful
We had a lovely lakefront room at this hotel and it did not disappoint. The room was clean and quiet with a gas fireplace that gave it a cozy feel. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was perfect. The wall that faces the lake is almost entirely window, with a balcony available for enjoying the outdoors. The pool and hot tub were clean and inviting. The only slight inconveniences in our 2 queen bed room was that there is very little space to access the closet or the sliding glass door because the beds are too close to them. Also, the bathroom, although updated and clean, is quite small. Overall, though, we enjoyed our stay there very much.
The location of this place is beyond perfect. The views you get of the lake from the balcony is what you pay for. The property itself is very well maintained. Clean rooms, comfortable accommodations. Will surely come back to stay here. The outdoor firepit is excellent and is a great place to sit by through the evening into night. Between the balcony, the firepit and the pool, you can have a most relaxing vacation without ever leaving the property. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby as well as a Whole Foods and a CVS.

The location is the biggest benefit which many places will not provide. The view of the lake from the sit out is unbeatable. The beds can use an upgrade as the mattress sinks in and the carpet does need a refresh but the view beats everything for us
The view was great. Our room is on the first floor, so we can walk to the beach from the patio.
But the sound insulation was not well. We can hear people walking upstairs. And the creaking on the floor.

The property is lake front. I had a nice balcony and enjoyed the early mornings and evening sunsets. Did not use the pool but the beach was nice. Does need an upgrade to some of the outside areas and the room. But overall I would stay again the location is great.
Go for the amazing beach and lake front- that's what you are paying for-There was excellent live music one night, but the rest was ok- Rooms are very clean but are more cabin/lodge like. Had to configure wifi for tvs, but front desk answered phone promptly. They were helpful and nice.
Spent 2 nights at this beachside property. Wonderful location to enjoy the lake and beautiful sunsets. Very comfortable beds and was nice to have a full kitchen. Will definitely stay here again!
Jose and his team really made the stay, very welcoming, professional, friendly and helpful. We stayed in a 1Bd condo, and, as advertised, had a great lake view across their private beach area. Speaking of which, though we did stay Sunday to Tuesday, if there were 3 other people on the private beach along with us, it was a lot...really private. The condo itself was decent, though a bit dated as is typical for Tahoe. That said, very comfortable, fully equipped kitchen. Unlike the lodge, the condos are individually owned so each one will be furnished differently. None of the units have A/C, but numerous fans are provided for warmer months. Out stay the temps outside were perfect so no need. Our unit also had a wood burning fireplace for those looking to come up in the winter, they even have ski lockers.
The pool and hot tub were clean...pool a little chilly, the tub perfectly heated. There is also a fire pit, cornhole and a volleyball net for those so inclined. Beach chairs and towels are also provided, a nice touch. As with everything, a little pricey but you are right on the lake and, oh yeah, a really private beach. Plenty of free parking and a short stroll down the beach or on the street to restaurants (right behind Heidi's...the best breakfast on the lake!!), water craft rentals and close to groceries.
All in all, a great 3 day staycation to celebrate our honeymoon (they surprised us with wine). Again, thank you Jose and the team for making it even better!

The building/structure is a bit old, but the view from the room was amazing.
The shower/sink can be improved, but it was functioning. The only complain was the noise from upstairs --- the creaky floor noise was loud, and that kept me up early morning hours. The walls to the next unit seem thin.
Great location, clean room and nice pool/tub. I like the fact that all rooms are facing the lake. It was a great stay for us.

Very nicely located on the lake Tahoe's beach. Really nice views. However, properly is old and everything looks/feel old. Also, no AC is the room, however they have good amount of fans.
