「OK room - no air con but understandable give the age of the building. Bed was OK, but traffic noise is noticeable, especially with the window open (remember there is no air con), so not the best nights' sleep. Staff were fantastic though, especially the breakfast server and the breakfast itself was great.」

「I have given a low score because I booked for breakfast and a superior room. There was no breakfast and our bathroom was across the corridor which would have been ok but the shower just trickled out there were instructions due to low pressure but it was cold in there and couldn ’t have a full shower. The bins were not emptied and tea and coffee not replaced there was milk sachets left which had been opened. The room was so small it was difficult for me and my husband to comfortably get ready...
