「Stayed here a few time and always found the owner friendly polite and helpful ,doesn't do evening meals but you just walk to the quay and it takes 3minutes and you have the restaurants pubs. The breakfasts are large you would not starve . Definitely recommend 」

「An excellent location and the directions provided by the host were spot on. In a beautiful peaceful location and a stones throw from the harbour front. Once inside the property we were not disappointed. Spotlessly clean and the welcome book included all the details we needed, not only about the accommodation but also suggestions for restaurants and bars all within walking distance. 「We loved Purbeck House and were intrigued by its history and glad to see it embraced its history. We stayed in the annexe which met all our needs but if ever the opportunity to return would love to stay in the main hotel. 「A fantastic location for any ardent golfer. The practice facilities, the hotel, clubhouse and course all contained within a compact area. The staff were outstanding and very accommodating.The rooms were spotless and quiet. Breakfast was spot on.All in all a top class stay. The bar staff, booking in and reception, golf and catering staff are a credit to the resort.」
