「All the staff were very friendly and everywhere was clean and tidy. If you were later than 09.00 am for breakfast, the choice was not so good than if you had turned up earlier, that was our feeling. The Saturday evening meal was not totally satisfactory because there was not enough staff and we booked a table at 20.30 but did not eat until 21.45. The server did his best but was over powered with the demands of trying to keep up with the orders. Maybe the kitchen staff were understaffed as...

「My partner and I had a fantastic stay here. The room was lovely and very warm and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was really good and very generous. We had a delicious meal in the restaurant one evening. Staff were all brilliant and extremely helpful. The swimming pool and hot tub were really nice, especially after a long hike. 「I got there at night and parked in the Roman Road car park. There wasn’t much signposting or lighting (or I didn’t see it!) so walking to the hotel felt a little tricky as I ended up walking on the road. Thankfully it wasn’t far. There was a bit of a long queue at check in, but that was understandable as lots of us from the conference were arriving at the same time. 「入住是問他拿取牙刷牙膏，他笑容滿面地答Certainly, 還好我晚上自己又去買，回到房間他答我out of stock. 房間的電話是不能用的，壞掉了，跟他說了也不位我更換。另外洗衣服送回給我時竟然問我啦信用卡號碼，我說我不舒服，費用掛在房間上我走的時候會結，他答如果我不立即給他，就要立即來收回我的衣服，這是什麼服務，2022年的酒店也會這樣子。房間有多不清潔的毛巾，給我新的但是不拿走舊的，任由一堆毛巾放在廁所的一角」
