「There was no hot tub, indoor pool was cold, very cold, breakfast was the worst I have ever eaten in a long time. Also the breakfast supposed to be till 10 but by 9:45 everything was removed. Way understaffed 」

「The room was clean but had a strong smoke odor. I let the front desk know the morning of checkout and we comped 10%. Not much but at least it was something. The lady working the front desk the night I stayed was rude and passive aggressive. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name.」
