Since we arrived late, they made everything easy by explaining the process clearly, sending pictures, a short video, and even a reminder with all the important information. The room was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The highlight for us was definitely the washing machine, especially since we were on a 15-day trip! 「Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」
