「Wifi worked really well, bed was comfy on 6th floor. The elevator was perfect if you have big luggage. Staff was friendly as well, and helped coordinate a taxi pickup for our travel day back to airport. Location is also close to many cafes and restaurants plus tourist attractions. Depending on what metro line you could be a quick 3 min or max 11 min away from hotel. Overall, happy with our stay and loved location to everything, thank you!」

「I stayed in a 'Garden Access' room during this trip, which features a fully accessible path suitable for individuals with disabilities—definitely a positive aspect. However, I noticed that the booking details indicated a room size of 16-22 m². The allocation between the bedroom and bathroom seemed quite unbalanced, approximately 30% to 70%, which was a bit surprising. 「Overall, a very great stay! The rooms were very clean and the location was perfect. The laundry service was ok, the clothes did not dry very well however we air dried it in the room and that worked for us! There is also a heated drying rack in the bathroom that worked well. Air conditioning was good and staff were very prompt with responses. Our shower drain was slow the first night and they took care of it the next morning. Only negative would be check in took a bit longer than we would’ve...
