「Clean hotel with great access to airport」

「部屋は、広くて綺麗でした。冷蔵庫や湯沸かしポットがあってとても便利でした。何時でも好きな時に、豆からひいたコーヒーを飲めるのも最高でした。オーナーも気持ち良く接してくれます。2日間の予定でしたが、6日間泊まってしまいました。」

「Das Hotel war super schön, von innen sicherlich mehr, als von außen. Aber die Lobby mit den vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten und -Ecken, die Zimmer mit tollem Blick über die Stadt, die Pool-Bereiche / Wellness, super sauber und gechillt. Das Frühstück war hervorragend, sehr vielseitig und ansprechend, für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei und auch frisches Obst, toll. Einzig die Reinigung der Teppiche auf dem Zimmer hätte noch Potential nach oben. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder. Sehr sehr gern. <3」

「Having sent a number of emails enquiring about an early check-in without response, we arrived at 11:30am, exhausted after an overnight flight, and were told, by the miserable receptionist, that we should have booked the room for the day before if we wanted an early check-in (@£200+!!). We were not even offered a glass of water or somewhere to freshen up. Not the kind of welcome I would expect from a “top” hotel. As such we, sat and waited in the reception area where I promptly fell asleep. Oh...

「The hotel is well maintained and clean. No smell in the room as many hotels in the old town has problem with their pipe smell. Breakfast is excellent with many good choices of healthy food. Staff are polite and helpful. It is close to the meeting points of some day tours but it is a little bit far from the central part of old street by walking. 」

「The staff were amazing- specially Veronica at reception- she was amazing and help my sister and I to feel at home. The staff care about my sister and made sure she got everything in place when she was leaving, as I left earlier than her. I love the bed time stories left on our bed! I collected them all great to learn more about Georgia. I wanted to give the lady who was doing that a hug as I really touched by her care!
