One improvement is that not many facilities inside the resort, only spa and swimming pool. I would suggest to have some ball games courts and gym room. Overall, a nice place to enjoy vacation here.」

「The place is a little bit far from the main road, but the site is quiet and nice. We enjoyed all the facilities and had a nice and delicious meal in the restaurant due to heavy traffic. The price is not low; however, all hotels in Puncak are not cheap too. However, some facilities are worn out. 」

「A two day stay at this hotel. Hotel is located outside the center. Hotel-area is big, and it's very beautiful there. Rooms are big and holds a high standard. Pool is also very big. It is located right next to outbound activities like high ropes; a challenging activity that occupies you for a couple of hours. Had an issue with my creditcard being charged twice, but the hotel staff handled it very professionally, and it was solved by the hotel manager.」

「BigLand Hotel Bogor gave me excellent service with a free upgrade. When I got sick, the staff truly cared for me. Clean rooms, multiple restaurants, and a beautiful rooftop with live music. Only issue: nearby mosques start at 4 a.m., but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Overall, very happy stay!」
