Took photos and gave them to both the front desk AND the hotel manager, but they would not give me any discount or offer anything else because I'd booked through Hotels.com, so I'm bringing my problem to you."

"My reservation did not match what Expedia had scheduled for me and the front deck was terrible at costumer service. Biggest problem was language barrier. TV didn't work; the bathroom floor was sticky. Only one set of towels for 2 guests, called the front desk and was told I would have to came down and pick up anther set. "
