「原本看評論是一家好飯店，結果這是一家很糟糕的飯店，飯店人員一點都不友善，詢問有沒有熱水壺可以煮熱水泡牛奶給寶寶，服務人員回覆態度糟糕，房間裡面也都沒有暖氣供應，checking in 的時候有付停車費，當我們把車子開到地下停車場的時候，飯店櫃檯人員衝到地下停車場跟我們大聲吼叫說我們沒有付停車費，實在是很無言與生氣😡，後來到櫃檯了解原因：原來是飯店櫃檯人員沒有把我們的房間註明有付停車費，飯店櫃檯人員態度還是很囂張無理的裝沒事，下次再也不會來這家飯店住宿」

「第一，房间很小。第二，房间里没有拖鞋，问前台要了一双，质量很差的那种。第三，房间里烧水壶也没有的，要喝热水得用咖啡壶。第四，阳台就是顶楼露台，下雨天就用不了了。第五，双人床其实是2张单人床拼起来的，中间有凹陷。」

「靠近里昂車站但隔音好，聽不見火車聲，所以很方便，下午一點多到，登記入住行李放好，接著買張市內交通一日票，就可跑透透了。工作人員都很親切，在大熱天裡，大廳飲水機真是冰涼的救星。」
