「Such a delight! Really beautiful place right in the center of the city. I arrived at 2:00 am, and they waited for me and helped me with everything, from printing some documents to holding luggage for me. Clean, very quaint, so perfectly located!」

「Beautiful quirky hotel, we stayed in Gothic a fabulous room. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the glass of prosecco on arrival was a lovely unexpected suprise. Perfect location in the old town. Definitely will return but not bother with breakfast, we preferred to sample to local cafes nearby for a wonderful selection of food and drink 」

「they overbooked, so I was arranged to another hotel and it was raining outside... for the second stay they confirmed my room, BUT, the room was not CLEAN yet. Very disgusting when I opened the door to see dirty bedding, toilet and trash can...... very horrible experience!!!!!」
