"Very friendly and helpful reception staff in particular Nikika who is very informative and proactive in giving his guests a great experience in Bucharest. The room though small, is well equipped, modern in design with good amenities and strong water pressure. The location is excellent, with walking distance to all major tourist spots and restaurants as well as public transports. The room is clean and quiet."

"The hotel front desk staff, Aleksandra, was very friendly and helpful. She kindly assisted us by contacting the Serbian consulate to seek support regarding visa matters, which was a tremendous help to us. Her warm and enthusiastic attitude left a very deep impression on us."

"Room is clean and location is also close to central town. If you are visiting only few days, I think it is a good one. Just check the room you get if matched to the only you booked."
