"The best Western provided a perfect two day stop over before getting on the cruise ship. The included breakfast was very nice with plenty of choices to eat. The rooms were very comfortable and clean."

"Wallpaper was hanging in the room. I booked a King bed then arrived to 2 double beds. Tv didn’t work, maintenance assisted then day of check out it went out again with the ac. Housekeeping rehung used towels as if were new."

"We originally booked partial ocean view but we got upgraded to a full ocean view at check in. The hotel is not even on the beach so “full ocean view” was the view of beach front hotels. The pictures on the website are very misleading, the only reason I even paid extra for the partial ocean view was because of those pictures. Other than that, stuff was very friendly and helpful, hotel is clean and located in the heart of Waikiki. "

"Room was outdated. Carpet was dirty. Toilet was really small. In all the hotel is old. But the location is perfect and the view from my room is 180 degree view of unobstructed ocean."
