「The resort is generally nice, however, when we checked in after a long day of tour, the sofa bed was not made when we specified when we booked we have 4 guests. When we asked for the bed to be made, the housekeeping staff that came in was rude and unhelpful. He came in to open the bed and pointed at the cabinet to tell us to get the bed sheets and make the bed ourselves. There weren't even enough pillows and blankets. Quite value for money if you already decide to take the gondola at sunshine village. For visiting the hotel, people can either take the gondola and shuttle provided by the hotel. 」
