「Great hotel in the centre of Cognac, easy walking to all the main sites and large Cognac houses. We parked in a free parking less than 5 mins walk away for 2 days. Would stay here again if in the area.」

「The property is great and very interesting. There are no elevators to the 2nd floor, so if you have a big suitcase, you'll need to drag it up and down the stairs. The room was nice, but it smelled like mold. The bathroom shower did not have a separator, so the water goes everywhere. The bathroom door was difficult to close because of all the water that has been getting into the bottom of it (swelled up with time). Otherwise, the grounds are greatly maintained and beautiful. 「View is nice, bed is comfortable, although there were bugs season according to the manager, lots of bugs tried to get inside , but the room is very clean, the lady hotel manager was very friendly and politely welcome us every time we backed to the hotel ,neighborhood is so quiet and can do running/walking along a river. Enjoyed.」

「Nice hotel, with comfortable and modern rooms (e.g. a wireless charging place for your phone). Handily located between the station and the main "tourist area", with nearby restaurants, Martell a short walk away, and a handy supermarket across the road.」

「very good location for one night」

「EV charging that worked, could charge easily.」

「Bien situé」

「We stayed for 5 nights in a 2 room suite which provided a seperate bedroom and a sitting room with 2 single beds. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was quite modern. The hotel lobby is great. It is furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs, there's a large central bar, and because of the chilly weather in mid October there was a wonderful wood fire buring most of the time. The hotel has a small heated pool which got lots of use from several families, and a sauna and spa. We...
