「Anu (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) was incredible. Check in was smooth and she helped us with using the elevator and checked with us to make sure the room met our needs. The room was extremely clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The room on the 2nd floor was a bit dated but she also confirmed that the 2nd floor rooms will be getting renovated soon, just as the first floor has been done.
