"The only negative is that I had arrived quite late due to flight delays. When I finally arrived around 1 AM the main door was locked, and the doorbell was not working. I called the front desk repeatedly, could hear it ringing on the other side of the door, but no one answered. Waited about 10-15 mins before an employee crossed the lobby and heard me knocking on the door."

"I absolutely love almost everything about the renovations that have taken place at this hotel. Admittedly, however, I'm not too keen on the desk chairs. They're stylish, but hard and terribly uncomfortable. So much so that I often have to place a pillow from the bed down on the chair so that I can get some work done while I'm there. Keep all the changes made, but get rid of those new desk chairs. Just my eight cents on the matter..."

"This is my 5th perfect review for this hotel in June of 2025. I have mentioned that I have spent days at both the Sleep Inn and Comfort Inn nearby. In my opinion, the Ramada by Wyndham is clearly the superior hotel. Read my other reviews for my reasons. One thing people say is that this hotel is older. It is, but my basic room had a modern 4K TV and other modern features. There is plenty of space between rooms at this hotel as well. The Sleep Inn is next door, and the Comfort Inn is down the street on Shady Grove Road. I stayed at both of those hotels in 2025 and back in 2018. The rooms the two are close together, and they have older equipment. The price for the Ramada by Wyndham is comparable to those hotels. I myself have stayed at each for days or weeks at a time. You can read my reviews from 2025. Clearly, the Ramada is the superior option. I gave a review back in 2018 when this hotel was the Radisson. Then I gave it a 4 out of 5. It seems that since Wyndham Hotels took over, the hotel has improved. The room equipment is also newer. A lot of the bad reviews might be from when it was the Radisson. On Shady Grove Road, between the Ramada by Wyndham, the Sleep Inn, and Comfort Inn, take it from me, someone who has spent time at all three. The Ramada by Wyndham is the superior choice."

"I stayed at the Radisson (now Ramada Inn by Wyndham) next door and if you read my reviews. I was very satisfied with hotel. Both the Sleep Inn and The Ramada have the same property owner so they share a pool, a gym and a shuttle. The Ramada Inn hotel next door might be older and you might read some older bad reviews on it. But for around the same price I would go for the Ramada. The room was bigger, although older my standard room came with a modern 4K television and refrigerator. The Ramada Inn also has blazing fast internet. For those who have remote PS5, Xbox Series X or PC/Mac setup. The Ramada won't shutter. The Sleep Inn although not terribly slow has latency issues while playing remotely and will crash after about a minute.. The Sleep Inn is definitely maybe two(proably 3) decades newer. So it is pretty well lit. The rooms are pretty close together though. I stayed at the Ramada for about two weeks renewing my stay several times. The Ramada and the Hotels must be in synch. Because the cleaning crew seemed to know and didn't bother me. I had to get up to knock in morning for 3 day stay at Sleep Inn to explain I was booked for 3 days. The Sleep Inn and Ramada Inn are priced so close together. I stayed at the Ramada for two weeks and was very happy. Sleep Inn isn't bad though. The Ramada is clearly the superior. The Gym for sleep inn is next door at the Ramada. Pretty new gym refer to the hotels page on app."

"We had a great stay and excellent bday connect Coton & Rye. Pete the manager and Morgan the waitress went above and beyond to accommodate our large family with 5 children including 3 two year olds. They were very kind, helpful, and flexible."
