「Excellent」

「Hotel is good.. bed is comfortable. easy to get train station.」

「We were so happy either our stay! It was our birthday and we received an upgrade to a beautiful groom with city views. Couldn’t have been more happy!」

「Great location with friendly staff. The room is cosy and clean.」

「Love how well designed this hotel is, and the rooms are really cool but that’s about where it ends unfortunately. The location is downright weird. It’s extremely hard to get an Uber from because no one can work out how to get to it as it’s under a bridge. Secondly, my aircon was not working and the hotel moved my room, but in the process downgraded me. If you’re going to do that, you should tell the customer first. Lastly, I asked for a late checkout and they advised I already had a late...

「The room is clean. There is also washing machines in your room which is very good. We didn’t cook but we can see those cutlery and equipment for cooking are all there. There is also take away restaurant opening until 4am near the hotel so you don’t need to worry about food if you come at midnight like us.」
