「In general, everything was old. The door lock was rather flimsy hence I don’t feel secure in the room. Water pressure from shower head was low. We stayed for a few days, No replenishment of toiletries or water, need to request and pick up from concierge. The only plus of this hotel is everyone was very courteous, polite and helpful. Perfect place to unwind with little extras, oh and a multi charging cord. The only down side was the bed, being too firm for our liking, however managed to sleep well. Many thanks!」
