"Amazing place to stay! Perfect location in the historic old center of the city, great ammunitions and room is very clean. A great breakfast every morning is included as well.
There are so many places of interest to see, public transportation is near by, endless amount of the great restaurants are located around. As a bonus area around is so picturesque and beautiful.
I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again. "

"I stayed in the Luxury Apartment. Worth the money. The cafe is excellent and they prepare good food right on property. There is a Silpo grocery store close by and all kinds of dining options in walking distance. Use the Kontraktova metro stop it’s easier. Ukrainian Starbucks is Aroma Kava. Grab a latte every time you go to and from the Metro. I’ll be staying at KONTRAKT every time I come to Kyiv. It’s quiet and the nightlife is ten minutes walk away if you really want to bogey."

"The apartment is in an old apartment building on the 9th floor; it was colder than expected as my stay was in February. The bed is quite hard but I guess it's a matter of personal preference. I found it uncomfortable. "

"I really like the location and vibe, except the loud 1980s music was annoying. The bed was comfortable and the water was hot. The food downstairs at Druzi Cafe was very delicious, but a bit pricey. However, their lattes were lukewarm and served in a soda glass with a straw. Definitely weird…
Unfortunately, during my entire 5-night stay there, my room was not cleaned a single time, and my sheets and towel were never replaced. In addition something bit the heck out of me. My back and ankles...

På bottenvåningen finns en restaurang som är öppen dygnet runt, med traditionell arbetarmat, mycket god och ofattbart billig. Kaffet är gott. Alldeles utanför hotellet finns en stor och riklig frukt- och grönsaksmarknad. På minussidan är att sängen inte har samma komfort som rummet i övrigt; den har begränsad fjädring.
