「This hotel has lovely views and great staff, my room was not what it showed on the pics, mattress and pillows very old and uncomfortable and need changing, I had to put towels over my quilt as the room was so cold through the night as they turned the heating off and it was almost zero degrees outside. I can’t fault the staff at all and it was a nice atmosphere but that let it down for me」

「A note that the amenities were in a different hotel, so you’ll need to walk across the street for an open bar/restaurant.」

「Lovely room with an amazing view. Facilities were great, and there were lots of lovely little touches, such as the dressing gowns. 「Lovely property, nicely refurbished. Large bathroom just a double bed, this felt a bit cozy in the room. Didn't use bar or restaurant but it looked lovely.」

「Good value for money 」

「It as fine」

「Lovely apartment, could do with being a little clearer about where to check in prior to the visit but the staff were helpful. Got charged an extra £50 on arrival which I thought was a security deposit but has actually been taken from my account with no explanation 」

「Great place to stay」

「Reception staff were excellent. TV in room didn’t work. Pool area was very clean. The restaurant for breakfast was very good but service in the evening wasn’t very good, no cutlery, no salt on the table, getting staff attention was hard work but appreciate there was training of new staff.」

「有冷氣、雪櫃、交通便利、離市中心不超過15分鐘」

「Very personal service.」

「職員很樂意提供協助，但旅館位置較偏僻，要過一條頗危險的馬路才可以到大型超市。」
