「Staff and service was excellent! Very polite and accommodating, even with us checking in around 1am. Breakfast staff was incredibly sweet and attentive—kudos to the omelet chef, he was great and the food was wonderful. 「The sole Elevator was out of order for part of one day - breakfast was very limited.. coffee and hot water was not a always available .. rooms lacked coffee maker and microwave.. other than that room was comfortable bathroom well stocked towels replaced every day check in and out simple」

「This was my second time staying at this location. Check in was was fast and easy-going. The staff was friendly and helpful just as my previous visit. The room was clean, comfortable and to my liking. King of Prussia mall is a minute drive. I would recommend this hotel and will be staying here again in the future. 」

「The attitude of the front desk clerk is very good. But when I asked a male manager for parking at the entrance of the hotel, his attitude was very unfriendly, and finally he didn't tell me where to park.」

Was a little bummed as I had to book an extra day in addition to my original two-night stay, and they couldn't allow me to stay in our original suite, but front desk folks tried to help as much as possible.
