Staff have always been friendly and accommodating to arrival and departure times (not many options available via ryanair), and the apartment has always been kept well maintained and cleaned over the 7 years we've been going to this one. . On arriving the AC doesn't working and in the room was 30°, imagine that with two small children after 5 hours travelling. Fast reaction from the reception to resolving the problem, they change our room with better, but the TV doesn't working almost on every channel. In fact the staff was very hopefully and the breakfast was great, the poll too. And last the SPA was amazing with Ice cave "

"My room had a strong stench of cigarettes which never seemed to disappear. I think the previous guests smoked inside the room. Also, there was a forgotten plate with sweets on the cupboard. The outdoor swimming pool was closed which wasn’t written anywhere on the website, and the main reason I booked here was because of the outdoor pool. The staff barely spoke Bulgarian. "Charming hotel with beautifully decorated rooms. Location is perfect for visiting old and new Plovdiv. Very friendly and helpful owner. We had to leave early for the bus to Velikov and the owner arranged for an (homemade) early breakfast and a taxi to the bus-station."
