「服務親切， check in的時候接待人員還遞上剛出爐的手工巧克力餅乾非常好吃，早餐也很豐盛。」

「Modern hotel great location Mall 2 mins away food options . Friendly staff enjoyed the stay . Great small hotel for the price」

「Sauberes Zimmer, wenn auch mir sehr spezieller Einrichtung. Es wirkt extrem eng. Personal überall super freundlich. Schöne teure Hotelbar. Etwas weit von der Innenstadt weg」

「房間舒適乾淨」

「The absencs of the owner or manager on the premises to welcome us when we arrived bet 5-6 pm made our check-in, tricky , and finding parking more difficult. The TV did not work. The next day, the manager, was delightful. The location was excellent.」

「Evet çok iyi kahvaltı 」

「10 out of 10 on all counts - the room, staff, amenities, and location were all excellent. Right on a park and a short walk to the old part of town. The staff were all super helpful and nice. And breakfast was delicious!」

「This place is Awesome!!! It is a small boutique hotel located right on the edge of Old Town. The owner, Dimitar, was there to greet us upon our arrival. He took the time to explain all of the points of interest in the area and even gave us excellent suggestions on where to eat. He even suggested a great hotel to stay at on our next stop, which was Veliko Tarnovo. His place is like a museum and he treats everyone like family. He even joined us for breakfast. You won't be disappointed with this...

「The property was tired. It was clear it was once fancy but now in need of upgrading. Various things in my room broken. Breakfast was good. Bed comfortable.」

「Fint hotell med god beliggenhet. Hyggelige ansatte, god frokost. Meget sentralt i byen, gangavstand til det meste👍😊」

「Simply FANTASTIC, The staff was super nice, friendly and very helpful , the room was superb, incredible facilities and within a short walking distance of major tourist attractions Highly recommended!!!」

「very close to old town and shopping area. However, there was no breakfast provided.」
