The rooms were spotless and the staff so friendly helpful and came across as they enjoyed there work . We would come back anytime . Maybe in a few years we will do a longer sray . Highly recommend . Its very central to all the bads and restarunt and also very conveint for the tour bus that takes ypu sight seeing up to table mountain and back down again really enjoyed that too . We were very happy .

dit was een prima hotel op een uitstekende locatie met heel goede parkeergelegenheid. DE voorzijde v/h hotel ligt wel aan een drukke straat. Zoals tot nu toe overal in Zuid-Afrika is de wachttijd tussen bestellen v/h eten en serveren, heel erg lang 30-45min. Eveneens karakteristiek voor eetgelegenheden in ZA, is de luide voorgrondmuziek. Voor stilte moet je 's morgens vroeg wijken in lopen. Voor het overige biedt dit hotel beslist waar voor het geld.

Unterkunft ist recht neu und modern eingerichtet. Die Lage ist super und ruhig. Das Frühstück war leider sehr lieblos und geschmacklich nicht gut. Darauf würden wir das nächste mal verzichten.

Die Lage ist sehr gut und mit einem gedeckten Parkplatz. Der Empfang war außergewöhnlich und das Zimmer sehr schön. Das ganze Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet und in sehr gutem Zustand. Ein perfektes Restaurant mit sehr gutem Personal rundet diesen Eindruck ab.

Very covid considerate, you get your own bag of toilet paper and tea, which wasnt in my room so i had to go look for it at reception. Breakfast was served at the cafe across the road, and only opened at 8, but i was told it would open at 7 30 at check in, so disappointed i had to go without due to timing.

We had a “delux room”, which meant newly renovated. Very nice, bright, clean and modern. Room only had two small widows high up, and no air conditioning. The room was hot at night. A strong fan in the room did help. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel is located right in the down town - great access to everything. Good parking. All in all, a very good experience.

This hotel supposedly had a very good reputation some 10 years ago when my wife used to live in Plett, however we were rather disappointed. The room we were originally assigned was like a sauna when we walked in and was nearly unbearable. Not only this, but the ceiling fan did not work and the maid walked in after us and put down a floor fan, however this fan did not have a grill (which exposed the blades) and the top half of it was held together with tape to the bottom half. This is completely unacceptable and unsafe. Personally, I believe that a hotel in a generally hot region like this (during Summer time) requires air con. Not only the sweltering temperatures, but the room as also in poor condition and dirty. There was paint peeling of the walls, wires exposed from a socket (very dangerous), uncomfortable bed and dirty bathroom (we noticed a small pile of hair in one corner probably from previous room guests - disgusting). We complained to the reception staff and fortunately there was another room available (only because people hadn't checked into it yet!) and we were placed into there. This room was situated across from the original room and didn't have the sun beaming in causing the high temperatures, but was a little noisy as it face the road and the doors had to be open during the night as it was still warm. The second room was far better than the first and tolerable for our stay. The rooms also did not have mini fridges which was a little frustrating.
