We booked this property that was available on expedia. It said check in was available at 2pm. After arriving to the property we learned there was no front desk or reception. We sent multiple emails and phone calls and waited 7 hours with no response from the property. It took us hours to figure things out with expedia. Terrible experience overall.

Reasonably priced in an excellent location

My son and I enjoyed our stay in unit 13. The beds were really comfortable with lovely quality linen. The kitchen is well stocked and the little balcony has good quality furniture which can be used in the lounge area for additional seating. The staff were very helpful and the WiFi was good.

O check in, para quem não está acostumado com o sistema q eles usam (a grande maioria dos brasileiros), é complicado. Basicamente, vc chega, interfona, e quem lhe atende lhe dará um código númerico, q vc utilizará para abrir uma caixinha (tipo cofre, q fica na parte externa do prédio) e pegar as chaves do apartamento, q estarão lá dentro. O quarto é um pouco claro de manhã (o blackout não cobre toda a janela). O colchão achei um tanto quanto desconfortável (na verdade, o pior desta nossa viagem, q abrangeu 6 hotéis). Mas o apto é excelente para famílias, pois tem 2 quartos (sem ar condicionado, mas, em fevereiro, quando lá estivemos, mesmo sendo verão não fez falta. A localização é boa, e permite q se livre dos preços bem mais caros do waterfront.

Good location, near to the waterfront. Place was neat. Only the shower was a bit of a problem, they could look at replacing the shower head. Otherwise overall stay was good.

Bom apto mas precisa dar mais atenção ao cliente

Apto completo com tudo necessário mas tive um problema quando fui tomar banho. A água não esquentava, entrei em contato com o proprietário e este me orientou a revisar os disjuntores observando se havia algum desligado. Realmente havia um mas mesmo ligando e esperando mais de 30 minutos a água continuou fria e acabei tomando banho gelado. O proprietário falhou em não verificar o funcionamento de todas as comodidades e sequer se desculpou do ocorrido se limitando a dizer que aquilo é difícil de acontecer. Não gostei da sua atitude e acho que faltou humildade para reconhecer o erro e se desculpar. Lamentável.

Well equipped apartment

For the price difficult to beat. Well equipped apartment. Had a tasing machine but due to rain we could not do a wash as we could not hang it out to dry. Full size oven, so can cook pizza. Mitchell's brewery a 10 minute walk away.

Self sufficient

Self-catering unit is located within walking distance to the shops and waterfront. The unit itself had everything you needed. Only negative thing I can think of, is that the WiFi was slow.

Good property and very bad communication

Excelent estate and value but lacking of communication is a problem. I have not received any instruction on how to get my keys and neither on how to get them away. I actually have to help myself two ladies trying to get out. A very simple email with instructions and code would solve all the problems. Very well located apartments.

Self-catering accommodation

Stayed at no.16 for a couple of nights. The apartment is reasonable fitted out with most requirements met. Two bedrooms, one double, one bunk bed. Pretty good location in the main part of Knysna. Underground secure parking. Balcony but no panoramic views. All in all, a comfortable stay. Would book again.

Very well provisioned apartment in excellent loca

Great location you can walk to the waterfront and restaurants on main street easily. Very well provisioned apartment it seemed to have everything. Smart security measures, large, decent wifi. Assignd parking for your unit was nice. Very good value overall.
