「優點 - 距離地鐵一和八號線都很近，且到多數景點都只需要轉一次車 飯店附近有多家超市(家樂福、Monoprix、Franpix、Picard、Lidl)，補貨非常方便 前台人員友善 房間內的廚房設備非常完善，各種鍋盤刀叉開瓶器都有，亦有微波爐 附設吹風機，而且風很強，可以很快吹乾頭髮 浴室附有沐浴洗髮二合一劑，方便好用 治安Ok，甚至因看秀半夜一點回家也沒遇上壞事，但是還是小心為上 缺點 - 住宿期間不會更換毛巾或清潔房間，自己要維持好整潔 附近沒有好吃的麵包店有點可惜（一號地鐵街角那間粉紅色的不好吃） Reuilly diderot出站處」

「客房乾淨，有小廚房方便簡單料理，有餐具和鍋子。一週才會打掃一次，房內有掃把。我們住五晚，還蠻安靜的。 離里昂火車站和鄰近地鐵站走路約10分鐘，800公尺左右。」

「Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Studio. Es war überraschenderweise größer als erwartet, mit ausreichend Platz und allem vor Ort was wir brauchten. Die Kommunikation lief super und das flexible Einchecken war auch sehr praktisch. Allerdings könnte die Sauberkeit verbessert werden, wir haben Dreck auf dem Boden, an Türrahmen und Wänden überall gesehen. Die zwei kleinen Stühle sind auch in schlechtem Zustand, ich wollte nichtmal meine Tasche darauf stellen, geschweige denn darauf...

「La chambre à l’instar de tout l’appartement est d’une propreté absolue. Bonne surprise en découvrant des serviettes de bain (il était précisé qu’il b’y en avait pas). L’hôtesse qui nous a reçu hier soir était vraiment charmante et obligeante. Après une journée très difficile (obsèques), nous avons pu dormir sans aucun bruit et récupérer. Nous reviendrons certainement lors de circonstances plus joyeuses. Merci à tout le personnel qui nous permette de dormir dans d’excellentes conditions. 」

「While the location is convenient and accessible, there were several issues that need attention. The studio was not soundproof, which made it difficult to relax, especially at night. There was also a persistent drainage or moldy smell around the building, which was quite unpleasant. In the bathroom, the masking film on the window did not fully cover it, leading to privacy concerns. Additionally, there was no space provided for hanging clothes, and the shower door didn’t close properly, causing...

「great location near Paris 7 university.The hotel is clean and the staffs are nice. I lived in the 6th floor where the carpet of the hall way is old and broken.This is the only thing I can complain.」
