I did not drive i came on the train. The Staff was absolutely wonderful. l met the new management and they were great. The former employee that been there in the past was WONDERFUL it made me feel good to be recognized as a previous guest. i will definitely go back..

Room exceeded expectations and came with a stunning view with floor to ceiling windows with Lakefront view of Lake Michigan and a great view to the north of the city. Washer and dryer worked perfectly. I would absolutely stay there again when in Chicago!
