「Staff attempted to enter my room at 7am without knocking or introducing themselves, created a very tense and anxious situation. Walked away with no apologies! 」

「We were greeted in a quick, friendly manner, even when arriving to check in after 2:30am! The entire staff was friendly the following day. The room was very clean with plenty of clean towels for all 3 of us. Would definitely stay here if we visited Auburn, IN again! 」

「This used to be a favorite stop however they no longer have in room coffee makers. You have to wait until the breakfast area opens at 6am. Since my last stay they also discontinued bar soap in the room. Everything is liquid in dispensers mounted on the wall. The quality of the stay has been diminished and I will no longer consider the property in the future. Very disappointing compared to the way it used to be.」

「The outside needs some attetion but the lobby and room were clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was food, nothing special.」

「I have been renting 2 rooms here every week for employees. They are charging $6/night if a room is rented from a third party such as Expedia. We will no longer use this establishment. I use Expedia to get our rooms at a discount- if I’m charged $24/room/week it defeats the purpose. 」
