「We had the big top room with the huge balcony which was wonderful. It was lovely sitting outside taking in the amazing views. The bed was comfortable and the bed linen nice We loved staying in a traditional old building which felt like an event in itself. The building is quite scruffy and could definitely do with a lick of paint and some TLC. However, on balance this wasn't too important, to us. 」

「This was the best place I could have chosen for my week long visit to Valparaiso! Set atop a small hill a mile south of Sotomayor Square the guest house is in a more quiet neighborhood. This area is convenient for visiting the UNESCO areas, but much more peaceful and safe for walking around. The room (I chose #3) had a view of the garden/ courtyard and was always cool and comfortable even in the hot weather. Every morning there was a delicious breakfast and the hosts were very friendly and...

「Nice big room and comfy bed. Had a kitchen, but no fridge. Super central location and very friendly staff. Only downside was the people staying in the room above, it's very loud from the steps, and it was quite annoying at sometimes. 」

「We loved Casa Blu. The architecture, the history, the staff , both parlors and roof top lounges. We had a few bottle of wine in the late afternoon with the ocean view across. The breakfast so fresh and plentiful; and the Colina Alegre location and neighborhood. They accommodated for a very early breakfast at 3am. Thanks Rodrigo and everyone. Wish we come back again.」
