「Apartment is old and not up-kept as is shown on the advertising pictures. Rules state no parties or loud noise after 10 pm , I believe. The first night we stayed at this apartment there was a very loud party on the floor above us that lasted until 2 am! So, I’d say, we didn’t enjoy a good night rest that night. Communication from us with the admin and host was not good. Both took too long to address our issues. We left with a bad taste in our mouths due to the mediocre experience .」

「The apartment was very clean and looked just like the pictures! Loved the view of the water from the wrap around balcony. We never felt unsafe walking to restaurants in the evening. Supermercado Rey was a 3 to 4 minute walk away. We have stayed in Casco Viejo several times. Many places are loud due to rooftop bars playing music until 3 am. This apartment was extremely quiet! Would definitely stay here again!」

「The unit is smaller than walk-in closet and not anything close to photos. Absolutely felt like bait and switch. Do not book if you do not want to feel like you rented a prison cell. On positive note everything was clean and excellent working order and it is located in same building as POIN, which is an amazing experience for adults and families alike. Just keep in mind this is a tiny corner unit that is NOTHING LIKE PHOTOS ON EXPEDIA 」
