「The sheets were dirty, the pipes in the bathroom were in need of repair and i called about them and no one showed up. The TV was broken and the tiles on the floor were awfully dirty and had cracks. This was the worst accommodation i had ever had. A lot of hair was on the floor in the bedroom and there was an odour in the room I was totally disappointed with the product i received for the money i paid」

「I arrived late in the evening and checked into this charming apartment, but unfortunately discovered the the water had been shut off (no fault of the owner). I contacted the property manager and they immediately moved me to another location that was nearby and completely comfortable. Even though I didn't get to stay in this particular spot, I was very impressed with the service and I enjoyed my stay. 」

「This was a great location in Casco Viejo. Close to grocery, restaurants, bars. Very walkable. Close to the malecon for jogging / walking. Rooftop pool and deck perfect for sunrise / sunset. Unit had everything we needed. Only negative was we asked for an extra blanket and were told that was not available. 」
